Who we are

This website is operated by TIMROOM Interior Design Studio, an interior design studio based at 227 1st #2, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA. For any question about this policy, or about the data we hold, write to contact@timroom.com.

What we collect

There are three sources, and you control the third:

• The enquiry form. Your name and email address are required; phone number and a description of your project are optional. Nothing else is requested and nothing is collected in the background.
• Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical data for each request — IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp. We use it only to keep the site running and to block abuse of the form.
• Analytics and advertising, but only if you agree. See the section below — these are two separate permissions, and nothing is collected unless you allow it.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and to discuss a possible project. What you send through the form is used for that and nothing else: we do not feed it into advertising audiences, we do not use it for automated decision-making, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.

Who else sees it

A form submission is delivered to our own mailbox. It passes through our hosting and email providers, who process it solely to deliver the message. We do not share your data with any other third party unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our mail archive for as long as they are useful for the working relationship. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies are active by default for visitors outside Europe, which is the standard practice under US state privacy law, and you can switch either off at any time through “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer. Opting out costs you nothing — the site behaves identically. Visitors from Europe are asked first, and nothing loads until they agree. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser is honoured as an opt-out before anything loads.

Analytics, if allowed, records which pages are viewed, for how long and where visitors arrived from, with your IP address shortened before storage. We use it only to improve the site, and we do not link it to the enquiries you send us.

Advertising, if allowed separately, loads a Meta (Facebook) pixel so that our ads on Facebook and Instagram can reach people interested in interior design and so we can measure whether those ads work. Meta receives the pages you visited and may match them to your account there; their handling is governed by Meta’s own privacy policy. Allowing analytics does not switch this on — it is a separate choice, and either can be withdrawn at any time.

Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, and is never sent to us. Change it any time through Your Privacy Choices in the footer. Full detail is in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to contact@timroom.com and we will respond.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging design work. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we add any other tool that collects data, we will update this page, change the date at the top, and ask for your consent again before it runs.
