This website is published by TIMROOM Interior Design Studio, 227 1st #2, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA. By using the site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Content and ownership

Everything on this site — project photography, renderings, texts, the TIMROOM name and logo — belongs to TIMROOM Interior Design Studio or is used with permission. You may view the pages and share links to them freely.

You may not copy, republish, resell or adapt our images or texts, or present our work as your own, without written permission. Ask us — for press, publication or portfolio requests we usually say yes: contact@timroom.com.

About the portfolio

Project pages show completed work. Areas, locations and dates are given as a description of each project, not as a specification of what any future project will involve. Some images are photorealistic visualisations produced during design.

Enquiries are not a contract

Sending the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity in our schedule, or commit either side to anything. Scope, timing and fees are agreed separately, in writing.

Availability and accuracy

We keep the site accurate and online, but we cannot guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors. Content may change without notice.

Links to other sites

We link to social profiles and mapping services for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability

The site is provided as-is, for information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state.
