I take a villa from first idea to the day you walk in, and I manage everything in between. That includes architectural and spatial planning, layout and flow, lighting design, material and finish selection, custom millwork and built-ins, and a complete furniture, fixtures, and art program. I handle procurement and fabrication, coordinate the trades, and oversee installation and final styling so the house arrives finished rather than half-resolved.

Proportions, sightlines, lighting temperature, the way a stone meets a wood, the height of a console against a window — these are the decisions that separate a genuinely luxurious interior from an expensive one. If your villa is already built, I work just as comfortably within an existing structure, reading what the architecture wants and resolving it from there. Either way, I keep the process clear and the communication direct so you always know where the project stands.

I keep the path simple and transparent. We begin with a private consultation about the villa, your life in it, and your vision. I then develop the concept — layout, palette, materials, lighting, and the key custom and furniture pieces — and present it with photorealistic visualizations so you can see the home before it exists.

Once the direction is approved, I move into documentation for the trades, procurement, and fabrication, then manage installation and final styling. You stay involved at the decision points that matter and are spared the logistics that don't. The villa is delivered ready to live in.
